Director
Neil's career in construction recruitment commenced in 2000 and he has not looked back since. Having started as a trainee under the guidance of our Group Managing Director, Neil enjoyed many succesful years due to his attention to detail and retention of clients. He always strives to give clients and candidates the very best service and became a Director & Shareholder of MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd in 2018

Director
Having worked in sales since the age of 16, Neil made his move into the world of recruitment in 2005. Initially this was in the M&E white collar market but after a move into the construction recruitment industry in 2008, this was where he enjoyed his most success and in 2018 he became a Director & Shareholder of MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd

Rachel's career in construction recruitment started in 2007 as a resourcer and it soon became apparent that she had all the credentials of being an excellent consultant which has been proven in her 10+ years of service to MPL. Rachel is a consistent high achiever who prides herself on the service she gives to clients and candidates alike

Having joined MPL in 2016, Ryan's work ethic when it comes to winning business is second to none. His continuous drive to always be one of our top performers is what sets him apart from the rest. His client base appreciate the fact he goes above and beyond to do all he can to fill their requirements which is made easier due to the excellent rapport he builds with operatives

EMMA WALLACE
Payroll / Office Manager
Emma stepped into the world of recruitment in 2002 and has always been the back bone of any team she has worked in. She takes her role within the company very seriously and ensures all legislation is followed at every step of the payroll process which is an integral part of the business
SILVIA DEEGON
Administrator / Social Media Executive
Silvia started with MPL in 2021 as an administrator but it soon became clear that she was capable of a lot more. She now works alongside Emma in assisting with payroll and can always be relied upon to carry our her duties in the most diligent manner
